This location was perfect and comfortable, just off Dorsoduro, a very nice part of Venice out of the tourist attractions, the main Grand Canal and so many sights and easy to get to a Vapooreto stop. There were variety of restaurants to eat, like Ristorante San Trovaso that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

Fancy and big size units with a beautiful view and a unique character plus windows facing 2 different canals, and the staff were enthusiastic. This hotel was located in a secluded area close to a large and beautiful garden surrounding two old buildings and multiple water taxi stops. I truly enjoyed staying here, nothing too much trouble.
