All in all everything was really good, had a good stay of a Venetian vacation. Everyone we encountered was especially helpful. The classic room we stayed in was tastefully decorated with garden view. It was in a central setting close to the major tourist locations. The place was minutes from Al Grill, where you can have dinner.

Breakfast was particularly good, fascinating views, wonderful location so close to have a quiet drink before dinner and two canals leading off from the Grand Canal. Our room was fancy and big and had a comfortable interior. Local cuisine was served in the authentic restaurant.

My stay was really great for the excellent service and great location. Fancy and big size units with a beautiful view and a unique character plus windows facing 2 different canals, and the staff were enthusiastic. This hotel was located in a secluded area close to a large and beautiful garden surrounding two old buildings and multiple water taxi stops. I truly enjoyed staying here, nothing too much trouble.

The hotel was beautiful small and unique and in a very central location close enough to the Accademia water bus station / bridge, water taxi from the car park and the location in a quieter part of the city, and very close to the vaporetto stop.
